Since NYC is one of the largest school districts, we expect continued growth. We are in this for the long Haul.

The opportunity for the 1st phase has been fulfilled. We are currently seeking investors for the 2nd phase.
Have they Ever questioned an invoice ?
Yes. One time they did dispute some tools that were purchased for a specific job but the contractor that fund from the 8% allocated to the indirect cost.
How are profits paid out ?
Capital and profits are paid via wire / check and a 1099 INT is issued on the profit only.
What about the texable amount from construction company vs construction company then through funding company ?
Each individual / entity will deal with their own taxes.
What inspired this project, meaning how did it start?
When the opportunity presented itself, we as a funding group thought it would be benefit to the community to invest in.1 Column.
